Our Caring Staff
Without whom we couldn't do without!
Gladstone Animal Clinic, being a large seven doctor practice, is capable of handling nearly any challenge, be it medical, diagnostic, or surgical. Likewise, the size of our hospital allows us to see and treat many cases a day, from sick hospitalized animals to those boarding at the facility that need daily medication. However, with so many medical demands, it is impossible for seven doctors to do it all. That's why this page is dedicated to those people who help the veterinarians assist you and your pet.

Gladstone Animal Clinic's staff consists of Receptionists, Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, Kennel Attendants, and of course Veterinarians. With so many individuals and departments to keep working in perfect order, somebody needs to be the glue to keep everything together. From hospital policy to staff concerns our Office Manager does just that to keep Gladstone Animal Clinic running smoothly.

Office Manager:
Sherrie Lee Sigmon
The main nerve center of the Gladstone Animal Clinic is the Front Desk. Our highly skilled receptionist staff have the daunting task of scheduling appointments, getting information from clients to help assist the veterinarians in case management, as well as recommending to client some products to consider (such as heartworm prevention, flea control products, and high quality diets).

In veterinary medicine, the equivalent to a RN is a RVT. Registered Veterinary Technicians are certified by the state they practice in and have undergone an intense college curriculum and National Board exam. The RVT is an invaluable asset to the veterinary practice due to their training and ability to perform diagnostic tests, monitor animals under anaesthesia, administer anaesthetics as directed by a veterinarian, and myriad other responsibilities. We are very fortunate to have four Registered Veterinary Technicians at Gladstone Animal Clinic.
Registered Veterinary Technicians:
Cathy Morrall, RVT
Bob Williams, RVT
Lori Lind, RVT
Vicky Clay, RVT
Along with Veterinary Technicians, we have many other individuals that assist the veterinarians in various procedures and running labwork, as well as continually monitoring the well being of animals in the hospital. Many of our Veterinary Assistants are currently pursuing their two-year degree to become a RVT. The Veterinary Assistants are the backbone of the support staff at Gladstone Animal Clinic.
Veterinary Assistants:
Patty Cooper
Amy Midkiff
Tana Soldanels
Lori Tinoco
Aaron Younger
Derrick Zimmerman

With over 78 kennels and 7 runs, the clinic has a definite need for individuals who are caring and hardworking enough to maintain them. The Kennel Attendants do much more than just "cleaning cages". Their duties include feeding and watering each animal bording, taking each and every dog outside multiple times each day, bathing animals that need it, and maintaining the kennel area inside and outside. One of the most important things the kennel attendant does is to alert the veterinarians of any abnormal behavior, change in appetite, or other problems seen by those dogs being housed in the kennel. Kennel attendants are often our first line of defense in detecting illness in our boarder animals and an important resource to have.
Kennel Attendants:
Laura Hueser
Brandi Gander
Kelsey Edwards
Gladstone Animal Clinic is very fortunate to have such a wonderful staff. We are very thankful to have them helping us do the best we can for your pets. Without them the veterinarians' job would be next to impossible.
